I was waiting for something funny to happen in this story, but sadly I was disappointed. I think it was supposed to be the quirky sort of funny with the whole librarian-dumped-by-hunk-falls-for-douchey-slightly-grubby-housemate-who-turns-out-to-also-be-a-total-babe-who-was-dating-the-original-hunk’s-bestie-before-he-too-got-dumped.

Convoluted? It sounds more so than it was, even with my (probably unnecessary but I felt like it) OTT punctuation.

Romantic? Obviously. Far too obviously. In fact, seriously? There’s romantic and there’s ridiculous. This was the latter.

Predictable? Hell yeah.
