I’ve just finished reading Patriot by Alexei Navalny. What a writer. He had a charisma and courage that was tested in ways so terrible I can’t even try to imagine. As he shares the story of an incredible life, through the good times and the inhuman, he never loses his humour, warmth, passion and resiliance, which shine through every page.
